Inmobilia Total Services is a Spanish company dedicated to the integral and complete services of a number of real estate projects with more than 15 years’ experience and is in charge of the Project Management of Planetarium Tower.

Recently, SAI won the national prize for Engineering Excellence from the American Institute of Steel Construction, for the design of the Micah Congregation building in Nashville. .
Mallol & Mallol Arquitectos, S.A., a firm with more than 25 years of experience, is one of the most high-profile and celebrated companies in Panama and Central America in architecture and interior design. It also boasts offices in Italy and the United States. Owing to its continued expansion, the firm remains consistently at the forefront of technological advances applied to the progress of design. The firm’s structure is designed to satisfy a wide range of clients, from both the public and private sectors.
Within Mallol & Mallol’s expertise are comprehensive planning, design, administration of the construction of buildings, interior design and inspection services. From Mallol & Mallol, the architect Alfredo Zapata is Director of Quality and Victor Cano is the engineer in charge of the foundations at Planetarium Tower.
The structural design of Planetarium Tower is under the responsibility of the company SAI (Structural Affiliates International), based in Nashville, USA and was founded by Doctor Sócrates A. Ioannides. SAI has worked on more than 1000 projects and is recognised internationally, having introduced many new and groundbreaking concepts that are now accepted as the norm in practices in the industry of production and machinery.
